What steps can a condominium take to prevent damage from new construction taking place next door?  Often times, the new property owner, contractor or engineer will need the help of your condominium before being able or during the construction of the new condominium project.  The new project for example, may need to access the existing air space rights of the older condominium.  In exchange, the old condominium may consider demanding that the new project provide certain protections.  For example: window cleaning for the residents of the old condominium, pool cleaning, air filter changing, street sweeping, traffic control etc.....
